Since the academic calendar of 2007, the CoA has laid the compulsive guideline that all architecture aspirants in the country should have to undertake the NATA &amp; score a minimum of 80 marks against a total of 200 marks in order to graduate in the same. The NATA is a highly competitive &amp; tough exam which demands a qualitative sense of perception, intuition &amp; imagination, coupled with an analytical focus, awareness on architecture &amp; drawing ability. The NATA is a combination of a paper based &amp; an online test.\n\nThe CoA has convenienced the aspirant in many ways regarding appearing for the NATA. The student has the freedom to choose the date of the exam, the centre and the session for appearance &#8211; subject to availability. The student can also appear again for the test, in case he feels his score is not competitive. The student can cancel or reschedule his appearance for the test, at least three full working days before the registered date of exam, with an additional charge. Any student who has completed Class X can appear with an attested copy of the Class X board exam mark sheet. The NATA score is valid for two years from the date of NATA exam in which he has graduated.
